PPP has made changes to their Tos

Payperpost has made some changes to their Tos.Earlier a blogger had to have 20 posts with minimum age(90 days old) of blog but now it's been changed.As per current rules you just need to have 10 posts on one month old blog.PPP is still doing despite being slapped by Google.
